1. General preparation.

  1. Figures are supplied in mixed materials – the figure (and main parts) are supplied in resin, and the base (and any accessories) will be white metal.
  2. Clean any moulding flash from the resin and white metal parts.
  3. Use super glue (Cyanoacrylate) to assemble the figure.
  4. Any joints and imperfections can be filled using a modeller’s putty – we use Squadron’s Green Putty (which can be thinned using Humbrol’s Liquid Poly).
  5. Undercoat the figure using a light colour. If you are painting (hi-viz) Saturn Yellow, it is recommended that you undercoat in white.

TMF try to ensure our figures are free from excessive flash or imperfections, but because of the manufacturing process of Resin, we cannot guarantee 100% perfection.
