8. T&Cs for Photo Submissions
1. You retain your copyright to the photograph and accompanying text. By sending me your photographs and text, you are giving me the right to ‘Publish’ the phtotographs and text on this website. I will not cross-post them to other websites or link to the hosted text or photographs from other websites.
2. I reserve the right to crop the photograph.
3. I reserve the right to manipulate for contrast and brightness, as deemed necessary.
4. I reserve the right to resize the photograph to a maximum of 400px, either in width, height, or both.
5. I reserve the right to edit submitted text.
6. I reserve the right not to publish either the photograph, the submitted text, or both.
7. You, or your estate, have the right to ask for any published photograph, or text, or both, to be removed from this website. This request should be sent to the “sales” team, with the subject line “REMOVAL REQUEST”. Your request will be acted upon asap, but might take up to 72 hours from being received.
Bit firm the wording, but I am trying to reduce any problems about copyright issues.
